Fix shcockwave? Runescape runs on Java -_- anyways… all you need is the graphics driver. There arent any for Windows 7 yet so just run the driver setup in Compatibility mode, I did that, and its working fine!

That is interesting? Where did you find it? It looks like the same kind of find that some people found concerning a possible “sailing” skill. Thought the image can not be verified (and I have not heard so much as a peep when it comes to even rumours of such a skill), I am going to leave your image up, but I urge readers to understand that it is very very easy to doctor a Runescape screen capture. I suspect such doctoring here.
